1. Mud
Some manufacturers produce mud by mixing soil and water in their own proportions. Others choose to purchase the prepared mud directly.
2. Mold and grouting
Specific mold tools will be prepared first and then the ready mud will be poured into the mold tools.
3. Semi-finished product
Wait until the mud is shaped and then take it out of the mold tools. A semi-finished product is formed now.
4. Trimming
A semi-finished ceramic sink may have some defects and thus it needs repairing.
5. Glaze spaying
A glaze spaying will be conducted after trimming, so that the semi-finished ceramic sink is more exquisite.
6. Kiln and final product
The glaze-spayed ceramic sink will be put into a kiln and come out as a final product.
