Size selection  

In addition to personal preference, both single and double bowl sinks have their advantages.  

If the kitchen space is small, use a small single sink to ensure operating space for the cooking area and food processing area, and a larger sink can also be used for washing large POTS and pans.  However, a single sink can not achieve functional zoning, that might cause health problems.  At the same time, a single sink is not suitable for installing a garbage disposal.  

Double bowl sink allow functional partitioning without compromising the life of the garbage disposal.  Of course, the choice of double bowl sink is better one bowl big and one bowl small, so that will be convenient for large cooking tool wash.  

The material selection  

Kitchen sink materials include stainless steel, crystal stone, ceramic and other materials.  Crystal stone sink is soft in texture and scratch-resistant. Ceramic material is mainly used for bathroom basin.  At present, the sink material is mainly 304 stainless steel.  304 food grade stainless steel material is not only healthy and safe, but also harder and more durable than crystalline stone and other materials.  But pay attention to the thickness of the sink when choosing, tank is easy to be damaged if it is too thin.
